What is your primary product or service?
Cook Remodeling specializes in eco-friendly wow kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, expansive additions (including second floors), outdoor rooms (column removals, patio enclosures, outdoor kitchens), get away guest houses, and universal design to make the home accessible for all. --Our design professionals will come to your home, provide a free ballpark estimate, develop a scope of work to fit your budget, and help with selections.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Everyone has heard of horror stories, and we wanted to provide the community a great company to hire, and a great company to work for. Our standards often exceed building code, for we build each project as if it were for our own home. We want families to have a healthy home environment. Every day the site is made broom swept clean, and we are careful to contain dust. We seek to repurpose, donate, or recycle as much as we can. Our clients love the assurance that their project will be built on-time and on-budget.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer great benefits to our employees, so we recruit and retain top talent. We invest in training, and all our managers have national certification recognition, (Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Project Manager, etc.) Because of Cook Remodeling's awesome team we can provide great designs and quality finished product. We have had national recognition from the industry, have had some of our projects featured in the top selling national kitchen and bath magazine to the delight of the homeowner (we gave them extra magazines to share with their friends and family). Angie's List has identified us as a top company for the customer service for three years (Super Service Award) we deliver, we've been voted the #1 best Kitchen & Bath Remodeler and Top Ten Home Remodeler in Arizona for three years (Ranking Arizona) and have a A+ BBB rating.

We offer free in-home consultation and ballpark estimate. We had several showrooms in the past, but found that homeowners preferred the convenience of our coming to them, seeing their home structure to advise them of possibilities, and showing selections in the lighting and colors of their home.

Cook Remodeling is a woman-owned business, Janet Cook, a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, who partners with the founder and CEO, Jeff Cook, a Certified Graduate Remodeler.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 5 PM
Evenings and Saturday by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment has been a client wanting to make a video to tell others how happy they were choosing Cook Remodeling! Also people reporting on Angie's List and posting pictures of their project. When people make that extra effort to do an online report to recommend Cook Remodeling so other's can have a great remodeling experience too, that's great for those looking for a great contractor!
