How long have you been in business?
I have been a realtor here in the valley since 2005 and these 8 years, the market has been a roller coaster....I am still here helping people sell and buy
What is your primary product or service?
Assisting a family in knowing their choices, requirements and steps to a Good real estate transaction.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When coming to AZ from Canada 1997 - we needed a home, there were so many questions to be answered and we lucked into meeting a caring person and since then I wanted to help, lead, guide, so that others could be as happy as we are.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The whole area of real estate is busy, always changing, it is like running with the logs....so you have to keep up, always looking to be more knowledgeable - you must meet each day and bounce back - be thick skinned, have people come and go in your life....miss them, but have all people count the same....have extreme faith, yet plan and then have a back up....I live my business
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My broker is Coldwell Banker...I focus on the East Valley of this state, so no plans to move else where...but I am well connected thru Coldwell, thus I lean into the network, to provide you with referrals around the world....there are homes everywhere and so is Coldwell

What type of payments do you accept?
All real estate follows the rules and laws of the Arizona state ...so realtors only receive payment through their broker.
