What is your primary product or service?
Specializing in HOA management and also provide an "assisted HOA" alternative in addition to full service for the smaller HOAs that either can't afford full management or don't want to pay for it.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Fresh out of university I went to work for a large HOA firm and learned the industry. After a few years I realized I wanted to start my own firm and not make all the same mistakes the large firm I worked for was making. My father was in the property management business and he taught me that you are only as good as your reputation so you better do the best job you can or you may not get a second chance.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our company focus is on customer service with a limited growth plan that we have almost reached. We want to be the "BEST" at what we do so our focus is not be the biggest firm so consequently we recognize which potential clients are a fit for our company and those are the ones we target on and end up contracting with.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one central location in the heart of Phoenix on 3260 E. Indian School Rd. and do not plan to expand beyond 100 properties in our "full" property management services so we should reach that goal within the next couple of years at present growth. Where we do plan on contiuned growth is in the "assisted management program" designed for small HOAs that includes an expanded book keeping program with any extra services available a la carte.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by Thomas S. Emele-President and the day to day operations are run by Christina Weigman the corporation's Vice President. Our accounting department is headed up by our in house certified public accountant Kathy Marohnic. We have an office staff of 25 employees.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Our very first client we contracted with 28 years ago told us that they were so pleased that they made the "right" decission. Not one other competitor in the valley can say they still manage the first property they started their company with.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Speaking from a business prospective -" it's better to be small and strong rather than big and weak". From a biblical stand point I would say, "treat others the way you want to be treated".
