How long have you been in business?
Arizona Bead Company has been online and in business for 17 years, since 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell Beads, Magnetic Clasps, Austrian Crystal and many other beads and beading supplies wholesale to other businesses and to home jewelry enthusiasts.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father started a bead business when I was still a child and my whole family is practically in the Bead business. So I have been around beads for almost my entire life. I really do love all the different beads available to jewelry makers and love to find the perfect items for my customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
If you are ever unhappy with one of my products then you can always return it with no questions asked. I want my customers to get exactly what they wanted and I will always work with them to help them find just what they want. I will also try to locate an item for a customer if I don't carry it currently.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are an online only business. We do have plans to expand our selection of beads and we will be around for a very long time.
