How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working in the trades at a young age but it wasn't till I attended a vocational school that I realized I had an aptitude for construction. Eventually I focused in on interior remodeling, more specifically, kitchen and bath.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service and communication. Both are paramount and often the neglected intangibles in our industry. Delivering a professional and timely remodel project can still fall short on customer satisfaction and experience if these neglected.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have one showroom in Mesa but are planning on opening a showroom in Scottsdale, and eventually on the west side as well.

Premier is a privately owned corporation that is managed by a leadership team consisting of three individuals: Greg Heden, Kym Davis, and Kent Redmond.
