I always knew that climate control was a growing trade, as well as a secure one. No matter what, A/C's break down when facing our Arizona sumer heat. My background is in mechanical engineering.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our technicians are very qualified. We simply employ the best. Experience and relevant education is what we look for. Some of our techs have college degrees in mechanical maintenance engineering while others have between 7 to 19 years experience in the industry. We strive to deliver world class customer service to each of our customers as well as competitive low prices without sacrificing the quality of our work. Our repair labor is guaranteed for 1 year and our equipment up to 10 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We curently have one location in the Scottsdale Kierland area. No plans to expand at the time.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, personal and company checks, as well as visa, mastercard, discover and diners club.
Which areas do you service?
We provide fast response to our Scottsdale area but service valleywide.
What are your hours of operation?
7am to 7pm monday-friday
7am to 5pm saturdays
8.30am to 4pm sundays
