How long have you been in business?
DESERT SOUNDS has been in business for over 10 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide diagnostic testing for people with hearing problems, dizziness and tinnitus (ringing in the ears). We provide the non-medical treatment for these problems including: Hearing Aids, Aural Rehabilitation, Tinnitus Devices (Neuromonics), Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, and Canalith Repositioning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was born with a unilateral hearing loss (dead ear) and became interested in audiology while pursuing an education in Speech-Language Pathology at Purdue University.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our office provides standard of care procedures for diagnostic testing and treatment.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location in East Mesa.

What are your hours of operation?
8 AM-5 PM Monday through Thursday. Friday's 8 AM - 4 PM. We close during 12 - 2 PM.
