How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
We are an outsouced IT support department, providing support for all things IT. We provide Server support, Workstation support, Firewall, Back-up and Remote Managed Maintenance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was first introduced to Information Technology while employed with an Airline company. I found it difficult to get help reasonable priced, on the day promised at the price quoted. That is where the idea to start this business came from.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide excellent service, but do not charge travel time or trip charges. Since we are a small business, we understand the challenges small businesses face and have innovative ways to help you compete with the larger companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Scottsdale, serving the greater Phoenix Metroplex. At the moment, we do not plan on expanding to other locations.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Terry Adams is the principal and runs the operation.
What are your hours of operation?
7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday, and by appointment on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays to allow our employees to spend time with their families.
