Foster Care and Adoption
RISE Services, Inc. is a non-profit social service organization which has been in business for over 20
years. We specialize in providing services for families through Foster Care and Adoption. Our Mission is
to “Create Opportunities for and with People”, which includes finding homes for children in need.
RISE also offers Early Intervention, Adult Residential and Day Programs, HCBS and Managed Care
services.
