We wanted to take a minute to thank you for all of your help with the purchase of our new piano. Traveling from Prescott in search of a Clavinova piano, we visited some other piano stores prior to yours. Not only were we most impressed by your knowledge and customer service, the brand you showed us was far more superior in sound and feel. Although you were under the weather when we visited, you still went above and beyond to demonstrate the features and benefits of the Kawai models.
Your knowledge of the products and your ability to interpret what we were looking for and showing us the options within our budget were so helpful. When we decided on what we wanted, you were very accomodating in getting the deal in place, even while you were in California. When we arrived to pick up the piano, your employees had the piano all set for us. They too went above and beyond to assist in loading and securing it for a trip back to Prescott on a rainy day.
