I started in the HVAC industry in 1987 as a service technician and proceeded to grow in the residential construction field. From there I expanded into the commercial arena both as a service technician, as well as, with new construction installations. In 1989 I started my first business, Red Mountain Air Conditioning, and grew it to 20+ employees.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our service technicians do not get paid by commission and they are graded on the service provided to our clients.
