How long have you been in business?
I have been doing mortgages since 2001 and lending in the Phoenix area since 2003 when I decided to call Scottsdale home.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential home mortgage loans.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in real estate right after college and quickly learned that I had more of a knack for the financing side of the transaction. I began in mortgages in 2001 and haven't looked back since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad loan officers, so it isn't terribly difficult to differentiate yourself in my industry. I do what I say I will, I pick up my phone and I speak openly and honestly with borrowers.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located right off the 101 at the Via De Ventura exit. Our offices are just north of the Salt River Fields which the Diamondbacks and Rockies call home during spring training.
What type of payments do you accept?
The only payment we require is an appraisal deposit which is done via credit card after a borrower decides to move forward.
Which areas do you service?
I'm based in Scottsdale, AZ, but I service the state of Arizona.
What are your hours of operation?
I am easily accessible most of the time, day or night, weekday or weekend. Like everyone else, I think it is important to find live/work balance, but if I someone needs help at night or on a weekend, I always do my best to accommodate.
