What is your primary product or service?
We provide professional sales, marketing and advertising expertise to local builders. In addition we provide, staffing, management, transaction coordination, investor services, consulting, model home services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We were both in sales prior to Real Estate. We have been in the market when it was hot and when it took a downward spiral. Real Estate is our passion.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We maintain consistent quality and management throughout the entire process. Servicing our Builders is our number one priority. We have years of experience and the volume of sales to show our proven track record. Getting a new project off the ground is both expensive and time consuming, we have the resources to make sure that it done effectively and in a timely manner.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have several locations and over 6000 units sold. Our primary goal is to be the number one Builder Sales and Marketing Service Company in all of Arizona.

Our office is located at 8510 E. Shea Blvd #100. From the 101 Freeway, Exit Shea and travel west to 85th Street. We are on the North side of Shea.
What type of payments do you accept?
Our billing is either on a consultation basis in which we would accept a check or in many cases we are paid through the commissions on the sales.
