How long have you been in business?
I officially started my business January 2016 but I have been working with locks for longer than that, approximately 4 years total. I've worked for apartment complexes and contracted with various other locksmiths during that time.
What is your primary product or service?
I assist with lockout services, so if you are locked out of the home, your vehicle, or office, I will quickly respond and pick the locks. I also primarily perform lock rekeying and mailbox lock replacement, which is useful when moving into a new place, or when keys are lost and locks should be changed.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in locks when I was a kid. I used to always take everything apart and put it back together which helped me to develop a mechanical aptitude.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe that my level of service is of a high caliber because if something goes wrong I'll come back and fix it for free. I really believe in the value of customer service and doing things right by the client as much as possible.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently run a mobile service out of a home office. This allows me to keep costs low. Most locksmithing work is generally done at the clients location.

I am located just north of 57th Avenue on Bell Road but this is simply a dispatch location - although I will meet clients at my home if it is requested in advance.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash and all major credit cards or debit cards.

I usually stay within 20 miles of my home address, which will include the following cities:

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the sole owner and my business is categorized as a "Sole Proprietor" meaning I am not incorporated. This means I am personally liable for everything that goes on with my business, although I am fully insured through The Hartford. I run all daily operations and perform all jobs.
What are your hours of operation?
My hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 10PM
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I love when I get compliments from customers to whom I have provided top notch service and are happy with the work I have done. It makes me feel good knowing that I did the right thing and am not like some other locksmiths who try and scam people out of their money and don't warranty their work.
