Mason Investigative Solutions has a curriculum vitae that has been approved by the federal courts as a person who is competent and able to conduct federal criminal defense investigations. Through the Criminal Justice Act (CJA), we are authorized and paid by the government to provide investigative services for public defenders. These services include analysis of discovery material, investigation of the crime scene, collection and presentation of evidence, intelligence gathering, vetting of witnesses, witness interviews, cross examination preparation assistance, acting as an expert witness, and acting as an investigative witness for the defense.
