Dr. Martin Blume has been in practice since 1980. He is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Arizona State University where he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is Board Certified. Dr. Blume is in a unique position to perform aesthetic procedures as he participated in a surgical residency in both Philadelphia, PA, and Phoenix, AZ. His overall knowledge and surgical skills have given him the ability to produce excellent results with realistic expectations. With his extensive experience in cosmetic injections, Dr. Blume has instructed at all levels of injection techniques for over a decade. He is an approved instructor for Allergan, makers of Juvederm and Botox, and is available for private instruction throughout the Southwest.
Dr. Blume is also a Certified Advanced Injectable Instructor at our Scottsdale Laser & Injectable Institute. Dr. Blume is an excellent instructor for novice to advanced injectors. He trains doctors and nurses wishing to learn or improve their skills at the art of facial injections. The courses offered range from Injectable 100 which is a true beginner class with didactic and hands on training. The most advanced course is Injectable 201 Cannula Training that is for advanced injectors wishing to learn proper techniques of using cannulas with fillers.
