I was amused when one of the staff members called me back shortly and assigned a technician. My hired technician was responsible enough. He did his very best to fix my ac that was not working. After the service, I found out that my unit worked perfectly again. It was a good repair. The overall performance was exceptional. I added them to my contact list in case I need their help again.
