How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I - Robert Wimberly - got into the long distance moving industry in 2011 and was not pleased with how the customers were being lied to about pickup/destination times/dates, and the doubling and tripling of the original quoted price. The employees were always treated badly, as well. I decided to open B Line Movers in Gilbert, to provide a great workplace and great service for potential customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By being honest. We've never raised the price on anyone, we are always on time and we never milk the clock. We protect everything that needs it at no additional cost, and if accidents happen and damage is caused by us, we always reimburse our clients to full satisfaction.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We opened up in Salt Lake City, but did not have the capacity to maintain it for now, but maybe one day we will thrive there again.
